Mobily improves the customer experience of (eLife) customers

Mobily has improved its customer experience for the fixed internet customers, since the company has differentiated itself with providing the IPTV through FTTH network only. This uniqueness ensures high definition HG broadcasting without disconnections.

 

Mobily is now offering to customers an updated (eLife One) device, which launched early this year. Meanwhile, the company has launched an advanced App called (eLife One-Remote Control App) to control the eLife one remotely through the smartphones, which considered the exclusive App that can acts as a remote control for the IPTV receiver.

 

Yaroob Al-Sayegh Executive General Manager Home & Family Segment in Mobily said “The provision of the eLife One device is in-line with Mobily’s strategy of innovation. The company always seeks to provide customers with unique packages and service suites, in order to lead the Saudi market in telecommunications and information technology sectors”.

 

The updates for Mobily customers also include an improved satellite search feature allowing users to scan all of Nile Sat. & Arab Sat. channels, and change channels within less than one second. Innovatively, Mobily customers will now be able to switch languages between Arabic & English for movies in the Video on Demand (VOD) library.

 

Additionally, eLife One users can now download the eLife One Remote Control app, which contains the same features as the physical eLife One device remote control. The remote control, available on iOS and Android, enables users to switch between TV channels, access their device features and settings, search for and purchase movies from the VOD library, type in both Arabic and English through the onscreen keyboard, controlling the wireless mouse, and the needed keyboard for playing games.

To all brother ill advice you dont take any more elife .mobily have worse service better u take stc 4 mbps then mobily 25 mbps
Modem of mobily its not working good
They told us its working for 20 mtr wifi but only 2mtr its work after that its stop
4 time i make complain
1st opreator said wait 24 hr
2nd time oprator said wait for 48 hrs
3rd time oprator said 72 hrs i cal more then 50 time no service
I try to disconnect my connection but they said u have contract for 1 year even i dont know its tota
