As many as 34 Saudi players aged between 18 and 20 have arrived in Salou, Spain, for completing their training program, which was suspended due to the global outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
The promising young players, who are part of the Saudi Scholarship for Developing Football Talent Program, will be trained at an elite performance center in Salou.
The talent hunt program is a long-term investment by the Ministry of Sports in the future of Saudi football. The program offers an elite development platform to the Kingdom’s leading young footballers.
Meanwhile, the director of the program, Hisham Tashkandy, expressed thanks and appreciation to Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal for the latter’s continuous support to the program.
