Vuclip, a PCCW Media company, and the leading premium video-on-demand service provider for emerging markets, today unveiled its first new Saudi Original “Hob El Tayebin”, a heartwarming family comedy featuring Saudi social media stars. The show takes its audience back in time through the stories of an elderly father and his advice to his son in the present age, complemented by humor and fun visuals. 

 

Vuclip partnered with Saudi based entertainment company UTurn for the show which features local social talent including Ali Al Sharif, Sarah Alyafei, Nawwaf AlDhufairi, Alaa Tammar, Tawwab Adli, Mohammed bin Rafiah and Shereen Bawazeer, in addition to the late Dr. Fahd Ghazuli. 

 

The premier event of the show took place at Raja3na Aymana, the nostalgic themed fair in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia conceptualized to bring back a glimpse of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s glory.  The exclusive teaser of the show was screened at the event and dedicated to late Saudi actor and producer Dr. Fahd Ghazuli who was an integral part in the production of  Hob El Tayebin.

Hob El Tayebin premiers on Viu on February 14th, where Viu subscribers will be able to exclusively enjoy watching the show.
