The Ritz-carlton, Riyadh Brings Unique Culinary Experiences From Italy, Turkey and China

The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh launches “Inside the Kitchen”, a five-day culinary experience from 24thto 28thof April by four talented guest chefs who will bring series of cooking classes, showpiece dinners, signature celebration of pastries and a grand poolside gala brunch.

 

Guests will get to experience different ingredients and cuisines; Turkish, Italian and Chinese as well as creating luscious chocolate while enjoying the hotel's latest beverage menu by the Master Mixologist Naci Kusadali.

 

The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh’s Executive Chef; Esat Akyildiz and his team of culinary expert gentlemen invite guests to learn masterful techniques brought by Chef Gianni Mallao; Executive Chef of Hotel Ronuzzino, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Costa Smeralda in Italy. Guests are invited to enjoy an Italian fare with a modern twist, and fresh seasonal ingredients in a four-course menu at Azzurro restaurant.

 

The freshest aromas from Turkey are within reach as Al Orjouan brings you the country’s sophisticated and diverse Turkish cuisine. Chef Esat will join Chef Okan Demir, Chef de Cuisine of Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Oman to host a distinctive gastronomic style menu that provides guests with an authentic flavor of Turkish staples.

 

Those who prefer Chinese cuisines, Chef Ben Kuah will lead the Chinese cooking class at Hong restaurant, the breathtaking restaurant that brings the culture and cuisine of China to Riyadh. The skilled chefs will share their culinary creations, featuring traditional and contemporary dishes and specialty beverages in a re-energized four-course menu.

 

Following authentic dining experiences, guests are welcome to visit the Chorisia Lounge where Executive Pastry Chef; Kemal Ozcan will host a chocolate master class complemented with high tea experiences. 

 

Bringing all these experiences together, guest chefs will be participating in the Grand Brunch on the weekend of 27thApril, where they will host their own live cooking stations from 12:00pm to 12:00am.
