Spanish Beef Union Visits the Saudi Market Again

Spanish Beef Association “Provacuno” held an event in Saudi Arabia that was attended by local bloggers, chefs, and social media influencers who got the chance to receive a detailed brief about “Provacuno”; The event was followed by a live cooking show and a tapas tasting enjoying the savor of the Spanish beef cooked by the Michelin star chef Kisko Garsia. This visit dedicates a portion to the Saudi talents by offering a culinary master class for the students of The Faculty of Tourism, in King Abdelaziz University. Their initiative comes after their success in 2018 as their first participation in Foodex Saudi, to promote and network with local meat vendors. 

“We started this campaign in 2017 aiming to achieve the same success every year until 2024, and strengthen our relationships with our esteemed Saudi consumers as we go, in order to build a solid foundation for our product in the Saudi market, especially after seeing the high standard required to please the Saudi gourmet taste, and I am very thrilled to expand our product with the Saudi consumers” said Jose Ramon Godoy, the international Manager of Provacuno the Spanish beef association". 

Provacuno was established in 1997 and officially recognized as an agro-food inter-professional organization by the Ministry of Agriculture, and ever since 1998, Provacuno has been developing a 3-year project for the promotion of European beef to position their beef in the exporting market as a product of the highest quality and standards. The quality of the meat they provide is a result of a strict compliance with the European production model: the safest and tastiest meat
