A quintessential Italian experience is brought to life this January as Pyramids@Wafi opens doors to its new Authentic Italian Kitchen, MARCO’S. The essences and aromas of Italy are brought to Dubai where visitors can enjoy a serene surrounding of the restaurant as the artistry unfolds in the kitchen.

The cuisine at MARCO’S takes inspiration from the traditional tastes in the small towns of Italy to create simple, good food. Chef Marco Ghezzi has curated a menu of fresh tastes, authentic flavours and earthy notes using hand-picked ingredients. The family-friendly dining concept displays a passion for premium and artisan products and a love for food to share.

The restaurant’s Italian roots are highlighted with signatures and specials such as artisan breads, fresh pastas, mozzarella bar, dry aged beef, and much more! Other menu highlights include live preparations of pizzas and homemade ice-cream with mouth-watering flavours. As an Italian casual dining concept, MARCO’S Restaurant signifies simplicity through its menu wherein the family style eating creates a setting of a ‘home away from home’.

The ambiance at this food haven exudes the energy from an ethnic Italian trattoria emphasizing on the natural rustic dishes, chalkboard menus and minimalistic interiors. Chef Marco Ghezzi’s vision for an ethnic culinary experience is displayed through the family style seating concept that is presented in the restaurant’s minute interior design.
