Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, emir of Makkah and adviser to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, launched the Jeddah electronic gate at a ceremony held at his office in Jeddah on Wednesday. Jeddah Governor Prince Mishal Bin Majed and other senior officials attended the ceremony. The gate covers eight major government departments, including the emirate, governorate, municipality, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Civil Defense, Saudi Electricity Company and Saudi Water Company. The portal (www.ejeddah.gov.sa) will provide top quality e-services to the citizens.
