Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza opens first store in Saudi Arabia

Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, the recognized world leader in build-your-own artisanal pizza, has opened its doors at Sidra Restaurants, Riyadh next to Granada Center later this month. The store is the US-based fast casual brand’s first restaurant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, following the opening of their first store in Kuwait at The Avenues, earlier this year.

Since 2012, Blaze Pizza has been serving artisanal pies that are both fast and affordable. Founded by Rick and Elise Wetzel of Wetzel’s Pretzels, each restaurant features an interactive open kitchen format that allows guests to customize one of the menu’s generously-sized personal signature pizzas or create their own, all for one price. Each ingredient and recipe has been perfected by critically acclaimed Executive Chef Bradford Kent (“The Pizza Whisperer”).

Every pizza features made-from-scratch dough crafted in house daily, premium meats and fresh vegetables, and is finished in an open flame oven which cooks pizzas in three minutes flat. Each of these elements have assisted the brand with becoming the fastest growing restaurant in history.

“We’re elated to open our second Blaze Pizza in the Middle East and can’t wait to cultivate pizza fanatics across region and beyond,” said Jim Mizes, President and CEO of Blaze Pizza.
