Presently Chief Executive Officer of ES Consulting, a management consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, since 2010. He is responsible for all facets of directing operations and providing clients with successful solutions for sustainability and development, including strategic management, process management, project management, enterprise architecture, performance management, and business innovation services. In addition, Bassam has been providing consulting and training for two other management consulting companies in Saudi Arabia since 2009, including BPTrends Associates and Leonardo Consulting. He is the only global BPTrends BPM consultant and Trainer in the Arab world and has worked with a large variety of client companies. Bassam has a number of important affiliations. He is the President of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP) Saudi Arabia Chapter since 2010. Accredited Consultant & Instructor in the Global BPTrends Associates Networks, An Associate of Leonardo Consulting (Australia) and Tantum Group (Global) with 17 years of experience in Business Process Management , Strategic Management and ICT. Has been assigned as Regional Executive Representative of Middle East and North Africa. In addition, Bassam holds an M.S. Degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, and a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Jamiat Al-Malik Saud in Saudi Arabia, Management. Bassam is also a coauthor of the book Establishing the Office of Business Process Management.
