During the course, you will have the opportunity to become a Balanced Scorecard and KPI Master. In future, you may gain the practical experience to become a Corporate Performance Master. This training integrates into our framework and complements the Executive overview (in the role of strategy setting and review) for the 1-day Corporate Performance Management “Owner” Masterclass.

CERTIFICATION EXAM:
For those wishing to receive the CPMF Balanced Scorecard and KPI “Practitioner” certification in addition to a course completion certificate.
Certification is based upon a combination of:
- Continuous assessment – participants will complete exercises that build up into a practical work-book throughout the course
- Open book timed test papers – open book, multiple choice and design exercises
- E-certificates will be sent to participants within 2 weeks of course completion
