Recalling their achievement back in Mar 2018 where D-Max run 1,386 KM with single fuel tank (76L), Isuzu Motors International Operation Thailand Co., LTD. and in collaboration with Isuzu dealers in KSA and Bahrain announced their new adventure through launching the One Tank Challenge event where they will showcase the fuel efficiency of “D-Max” and “mu-X”. The event will take a place on 17th Nov ’19, the starting point will be from Saudi Arabia west coast, Jeddah in particular, vehicles will continue their journey to the east coast, then to the Kingdom of Bahrain as a final destination, without refueling.

With such challenge, Isuzu Motors International Operation Thailand Co., LTD. aiming to highlight their durable and fuel efficient engines.

 

The company’s technical team will seal the fuel tank cap with expert supervision in Jeddah, later on in Riyadh, group of press representatives will attend a media gathering to check the latest challenge updates, another media gathering to be conducted at the final destination in Kingdom of Bahrain, press representatives will witness the vehicles achievement and unseal the fuel tank.

 

“D-Max” 2020 feature many high-end specifications that combine durability, innovative interior, high levels of comfort and safety without forgetting the economic diesel engine which comes with 2.5-liter displacement and 109ps / 136ps, or 3.0-liter displacement and 163ps, all engines are equipped with turbocharge.
D-Max is available in 2WD and 4WD to meet customer needs, while GT model comes with high-end sporty look and distinctive elegance.

The vehicle comes with rear-view camera, 7” inch premium display audio system, built-in roof monitor to assure an enjoyable journey for all passengers. “mu-X” models are available with a 3.0-liter displacement and 163ps turbocharger.
