Dubai’s gourmands are set to have their taste buds tingling at WOK & Co., the contemporary Asian fusion restaurant now open in the city’s One Central district. Located within ibis One Central, WOK & Co. is the hotel’s relaxed all-day dining restaurant and is serving up a mouthwatering array of Oriental dishes prepared with a modern-day twist - perfect for a quick light bite or a casual meal with friends, family or colleagues. 

 

Whet the appetite with delicious starters such as lobster and prawn dumplings, signature crispy fried prawns with wasabi mayo or Chinese duck served with hoisin sauce and pancakes, or sample the famously tangy tom yum goong Thai-style soup. Zesty salads bursting with freshness hit a flavoursome high while lovingly-crafted sushi and maki will tempt fans of Japanese cuisine.

 

Freshly prepared wok-cooked favourites include fiery kung pao chicken, tender Mongolian lamb, Japanese scallops and crispy chili beef, with noodle classics Pad Thai, yaki soba and Singaporean noodles delivering a taste sensation. WOK & Co’s signature mains such as salmon teriyaki and Malaysian Panang curry show off the impressive breadth of the restaurant team’s expertise and culinary know-how. 

 

To complement the dining experience the impressive blended drinks menu features refreshing ‘Wok-tails’ as well as a wide selection of sake - and be sure to leave room to sample one of the sensational desserts such as Japanese green tea tiramisu, mango sticky rice or honey-fried noodles.
