Volkswagen Group Saudi Arabia is introducing its innovative New Tiguan 2017 to the Kingdom’s market with a launch event at the Volkswagen Group Head Quarter in Riyadh on Thursday, October 20, 2016. 

 

“We are delighted to bring the New Tiguan to Saudi Arabia,” said Mr. Adel Baraja, Marketing and Public Relations Director at Volkswagen Group Saudi Arabia. “It is a completely new premium vehicle with bolder styling, stunning design and the most innovative connectivity and safety features that position the New Tiguan as the most innovative car in its range”.

 

The New Tiguan is larger than its predecessor, translating into more legroom for passengers (+24mm), while luggage capacity has also increased by 50l to 520l.

 

The bolder styling of the exterior features the R-line body kit, 19” R GmbH wheels; LED headlights and panoramic sun roof, while the interior of the Tiguan 2017 has leather seats and 3-zone air conditioning. The Infotainment system includes head-up display, active info display and navigation.

 

The engine is a TSI 2.0L 132 kw and assistance features include adaptive cruise control, easy open trunk lid, keyless access, rear view camera, parking sensors front and rear and park assist.
