On Saturday, 2 December and for one day only, Al Forsan restaurant offers a luxurious UAE National Day celebration offering a savoury selection of Arabic and international culinary creations with special Emirati delicacies including lamb ouzi, chicken makbous, veal hares and madrouba carefully prepared by the professional Arabic culinary team. In addition to the local dishes, Al Forsan restaurant offers on the day to all Dubai foodies a variety of International and Arabic delicacies from numerous Middle Eastern, Indian, Asian and European cuisines to satisfy everyone’s taste.

Saturday, 2 December will mark a special day at Al Hadheerah desert restaurant, where an Emirati and Arabic feast will take place. The Arabic-inspired UAE National Day buffet at Al Hadheerah desert restaurant, created by the professional Arabic culinary team, will present on the day, mouthwatering delicacies from Arabic cuisines with special Emirati culinary masterpieces to celebrate this day in style.

Here, guests will explore a true Emirati culinary experience and are welcome to choose their favourite out of a wide selection of authentic main dishes and desserts, from ‘prawn nashef’, ‘fish salouna’, ’veal hares’, ‘chicken makbous’, ‘mohammar’ and ‘lamb ouzi’ to ‘margouga’, ‘samak magli’, ‘ayish mashkhuol’, ‘chicken salouna’ and ‘foga semach’. All Dubai foodies with a sweet tooth will enjoy irresistible home-made dessert buffet offering a unique flavor experience of International and Arabic desserts with special Emirati sweets, whether ‘aseeda’ and ‘gazareya’ or ‘lokaymat’ and ‘naseeba’.

In addition to a rich authentic Emirati buffet, Al Hadheerah desert restaurant will offer ten interactive cooking stations and delicacies from famous Middle Eastern cuisines including Egyptian, Syrian, Lebanese and Palestinian, Jordanian, Iraqi, Moroccan, Omani and Iranian cuisines.
