Unlock with the In Screen Fingerprint Reader

Instead of building a fingerprint reader into a separate home button or a at the back of the screen, the HUAWEI P30 Pro houses it in the display itself. This means all you have to do to unlock your phone is tap the screen. This feature makes the phone easy to access, while also helping to create a display without interruptions.

A few swipes make navigation easier

Navigations options on a modern smartphone are pretty standard, but the HUAWEI P30 Pro changes things up with navigation gestures thanks to EMUI 9.1. Once turned on, you just have to swipe up from the bottom to return to the Home screen, swipe inward from the left or right edges to go back, or swipe up and hold to access Recent Apps.

Ever struggled to take a screenshot by wiping the screen or pressing multiple buttons? With the HUAWEI P30 Pro, all you have to do is knock twice with your knuckles to get a quick screenshot. You can also draw an S with your knuckles for a scrolling screenshot or draw a straight line across the display to split the screen for multitasking.

Fun videos for every call

Phones ring when there is a call, everyone knows that. But what if your phone could do more? On the HUAWEI P30 Pro, the traditional jingle can be replaced with a short video, thanks to the video ringtone feature.

App Twin for easy multiple logins

If you have multiple accounts on certain social media apps, but don’t want to go through the hassle of logging in and out every time, you can try out App Twin. This feature will create a second version of the selected app for an entirely new login. Once activated, you can find a second version of the app next to the original, with a number 2 in the bottom corner.
