The most exciting Dandiya fiesta is back in town. With live celeb performances, lip-smacking food choices, and of course, loads of Dandiya fun, revelers of Dubai are all geared up for The Great Indian Dandiya Fest, Dubai 2016 on 2nd September at Zabeel Park Dubai. 

 

After the huge success of its first season last year, the festival is anticipated to be the grandest Navratri event in Dubai, also the first-of-its-kind to usher in the festive season in 2016. It will be a downright Bollywood-style gala with star-studded live performances from B-town singer, Bhoomi Trivedi of Ram-Leela fame, Bollywood Blast band as well as several other popular Gujrati singers such as Aavez Darbar, Chaula Soda, Saurabh Mehta, and Shantilal Raniga. 

 

With the temperatures dropping, the evenings becoming breezier, and Friday being a day off, this event would be the perfect way to make beautiful memories with your friends and family as well as to meet to new people.  

 

Dandiya is a high-energy traditional Indian group dance where special Dandiya sticks are used to dance in easy-breezy steps. This hugely popular dance form brings people of all ages and backgrounds together to ring in the festival of Navratri, which symbolizes the victory of good over evil.
