In the participation of countries famous for producing, exporting and serving tea; Al Oula (the first Non-Profit Organization) will be hosting the “Tea Around the World” Festival in its 6th edition at the Sohba Hall at Park Hyatt Jeddah on Monday the 19th of February from 5:00 pm till 10:00 pm for ladies and on the 20th of February from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm then from 5:00 pm till 10:00 pm for families. With the support of the official Carrier sponsor ‘Careem’, the media sponsors ‘Destination Jeddah’ and ‘Alif Alif Radio’ as well as a number of participating brands, “Tea Around the World” will dedicate all sales of tickets to the underprivileged children of South Jeddah. Tickets will be sold at the gate for 100 SR.

 

Dania AlMaeena, CEO of AlOula, stated: “the fundraising festival aims to introduce the different cultures and traditions in preparing and serving tea as well supporting the programs AlOula initiates and dedicated to helping the children in families of lower income in the South of Jeddah.”

 

AlMaeena mentioned that the festival includes a wide variety of tea and its tea kits, in efforts to offer the visitors a chance to purchase during the festival; it will also incorporate different activities such as cake designs and arts and crafts.
