The extensive efforts exerted by the Human Resource Development Funds (HADAF) in cooperation and partnership with the private sector has resulted in the direction of a total of 47,737 young male and female Saudis into certain fields and specialties required by the national labor market.

The efforts were made through the Taqat channels, a program aimed at giving support to the employment of the national workforce.
The services provided by Taqat focuses on linking job seekers with employment opportunities in the private sector, which are offered through several channels that align with the needs of the labor market.
The new employment Taqat centers are specialized in the development of the human resources, and operated by HADAF through the collaboration of international think-tanks. The centers offer employment services for job seekers in addition to a number of rehabilitation and vocational guidance services.
The electronic website for Taqat aims to serve those seeking employment as well as serving employers in the private sector in a way that realizes the objectives of both parties with higher efficiency rates. The website facilitates employment processes by matching the requirement of the job vacancies in the private sector with the qualifications of job seekers.
