Leading regional real estate developer Solidere International (SI) has been honored with 2 highly prestigious accolades at the 2018 Cityscape Global Awards for Emerging Markets ceremony, during which the real estate industry came together to celebrate excellence on 2ndOctober at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City.

The 2018 Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets celebrate excellence in real estate development and architecture. Covering a range of categories, the awards offer international architects and leading real estate developers a prestigious platform to communicate a shared vision for the future and to be recognized for their contributions to the built environment. 

 

In recognition of its market leadership by the real estate industry, Solidere International was presented with the 2018 Leisure and Hospitality Project Award for The Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah and the 2018 Low to Mid-Rise Residential Project Award for the Riyadh-based Wadi Qortuba residential compound. The projects are already operational and are claiming a leading position in their respective markets.

 

The Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah that was designed by renowned Italian Architect Piero Lissoni is elegantly contemporary, and boasts the most luxurious hotel facilities and amenities. Prior to earning the prestigious Cityscape Global Awards for Emerging Markets on 2ndOctober, the Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah was also recognized as the Middle East’s Leading Luxury Villa Resort and Ajman’s Luxury Resort at the 2018 World Travel Awards.
