Savor Culinary Creativity at EETEN Urban Kitchen This Summer

Temperatures are rising and EETEN Urban Kitchen is in bloom. The casual, home-grown all-day eatery, a serene oasis tucked away in Dubai Marina Mall, has launched an eclectic new menu chock-full of delightful drinks, imaginative starters, decadent entrees, and desserts to die for. 

Head Chef Kim showcases his passion and creativity with fresh reinterpretations of classics, and amazing new signature dishes each plated with creative flair and meant to be shared with friends and family.

EETEN has also tied up with popular caterers Odeon Gourmet and a selection of their best pastries and croissants will be served daily along with home-brewed coffee 

From classics like Avocado Toast to the contemporary Truffle “Croque Monsieur” Scramble, breakfast remains EETEN quality. Inventive yet light on the stomach starters include salt and pepper prawns, corn ribs, and beet hummus.  Seasonal salads like Globe artichoke salad topped, shaved parmesan, pine nuts & lemon dressing, and the locally inspired vine-ripened tomato, basil, burrata, and pomegranate use locally sourced produce for added freshness and flavour. 

The sandwiches do not disappoint either. Three Cheese & Butter Grilled Sourdough with pickled cabbage or Sourdough with Pastrami, endive salad and relish, not to mention the Poached prawn Roll with avocado, baby spinach, and harissa dressing, which is a must-try for seafood lovers.

It is the mains where Chef stays classic with the Double Patty Wagyu Burger and steak particular standouts. 

Young ones will appreciate the not just nuggets look of the EETEN kids’ menu. From the Wagyu cheeseburger to the Leafy Salad with baby gem, bagel chips, and mayo dressing, not to mention sophisticated yet kid-friendly breakfast classics like French Toast and Pancakes, and Banana Split and Sundaes where you pick your signature ice cream flavours, EETEN has established its credentials as the venue for a memorable family meal. 

Casual yet chic, contemporary yet old-world, EETEN’s décor is another unique selling point. Comfortable leather chairs you can sink into, stripped-back counters, and monochrome tiled walls all add to the coolness factor. The grab-and-go bar is brightened up with super sleek lights and trailing plants, whilst the booths offer a warm, spacious option for families.
