Saveco the leading central market company in Kuwait announces the sponsorship of sports events in partnership with Pro-Vision, one of the leading companies in the region that specializes in the management and consultancy of sports events.

Last week, the first sporting event was held on Green Island, where the first day included a cycling competition and a children's running competition, 100 children had participated.

While the second day included swimming, running and cycling. About 600 person of different ages and nationalities participated.

 

Saveco will sponsor The Saracen Race which is Kuwait’s first 5KM Obstacle Race that will take place this November 3rd, during The Battle Fitness Festival. The race is designed to be open to individuals of all fitness levels, so grab your friends and get ready to climb, duck, and roll.

Saveco will sponsorship The Battle of the East festival that will take place this November 4th.

The battle is a two day.  all-inclusive fitness festival combining the infamous Super Team Cup, Athlete Games, and Saracen Race into one exciting, adrenaline heavy weekend.

The Battle takes place in Kuwait annually and draws athletes from all over the Middle East and North Africa, as well as international athletes from Europe and the USA.

 

Saveco will sponsor Gulf Bank 642 Marathon that will take place this November 18th, at 7 AM.

The Marathon is made for every individual who wants to experience a run, touring through the beautiful landmarks of Kuwait. From challenging athletes to beginners and even families. This event caters to everyone.

Pick your distance (5 KM, 10 KM, 21 KM, and 42 KM) and run! 

We will pass by the famous landmarks such as: Souq Mubarakiya, Grand Mosque, Kuwait Towers, Gulf Road and Souq Sharq.

 

Saveco will also sponsors The Gulf Run Karting Endurance Race that was launched in 2011 to create an exciting competition in Kuwait. Karting is one of the pillars of motorsports, and the first Gulf run Karting Endurance race was 26HR – the first of its kind in the region. 

Over the past five years - Gulf Run Karting has evolved into a fully-fledged Endurance Race that follows International regulations from start to finish. The race is marshalled by a certified team with several years of experience managing international races.

Our karts have been purchased specifically for this race, in order to ensure the high level of competitiveness amongst teams.

In addition to the exciting endurance race - the area around the track is converted into an exciting carnival before the race. There are several activities, local stores and restaurants available to participants and visitors of all ages to enjoy during the race.
