Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh hosted "The Saudi Job Fair” on February 11, 2019 at Kingdom Ballroom, with the active participation of Ministry of Labour- Riyadh Branch. This event was held under the tutelage of the hotel’s leadership, under the supervision of Naif Al-Tamimi – Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Administration, People & Culture.
There was an excellent turn-out of Saudi talent including fresh graduates and those employed elsewhere, seeking career opportunities with the hotel. Mr. Al-Tamimi welcomed the Saudi youth to meet the hotel’s employees and to explore opportunities with various departments including Rooms Division, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, Finance, Engineering and People & Culture.
"This job fair is our pledge to support our Saudization program” said Mr. Al-Tamimi. Attendees learned about Four Seasons culture, while interacting with staff from around the hotel. He added "Giving jobs to Saudi youth is one of the most important things that we as a hotel can do, to guide them towards an enriching career".
Mr. Al-Tamimi said “Four Seasons globally offers fresh graduates an administrative training program of eighteen months, to advance their career within the hotel. “We are very proud of our low staff turn-over ratio, as our employees at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh enjoy the company's unique culture and work environment”, he added.
