Aligning with the vision of bringing world-class quality health insurance to the Middle East, Saudi Enaya is proud to be launching this ground-breaking technology for the first time in Saudi Arabia. The technology is bound to transform the experience of policyholders when managing their health insurance, and to establish a new standard of transparency in policy performance.
Real-time Policy Intelligence (RPI) is a data visualization tool that uses advanced Tableau®️ technology to provide technical analysis for policyholders. With the help of RPI, policyholders are able to review all insurance-related activities in real time, allowing them to be better informed about the usage and optimization of their health insurance premiums. Correspondingly, through a consistent monitoring of policy expenses, RPI allows policyholders to detect potential policy deterioration earlier and to leverage valuable interactive features to identify the root causes. This rollout announcement is for Phase 1 of the initiative which is targeting policyholders; Phase 2 will see the user base expand to include other market players such as brokers. 
The system is accessible online using any digital platform, allowing decision-makers to address any insurance inquiry with the ease of logging into a smartphone app, tablet or laptop. RPI offers sophisticated yet simple user-friendly graphs, trends, and navigable maps for every insurance manager.
