Russia: OPEC+ helps stabilize oil markets

Russia's Spokesperson for Foreign Ministry Alexei Zaitsev said OPEC+ helped stabilize oil markets and resisted external pressure, despite “Western manipulation” in the form of price caps on Russian oil, Reuters reported.

Oil prices leapt recently amid concerns about escalation of political turmoil in the Middle East.
