Red Sea Mall Launches "Smart Parking" with 60 Million Riyals

The new smart parking lot at the Red Sea Mall was launched by the Sheikh Salih bin Mahfouz's attendance. The parking lot has been developed with a high budget that reached up to 60 million Riyals, completing the first phase of Red Sea Mall's vast expansion, in order to elevate the shopping and entertainment experience to match up to global mega malls standards, surpassing by which any other malls in Saudi Arabia.

The launching ceremony was attended by board members, and Mr. Mohammed Alawi, CEO of Red Sea Malls Company, owning company of Red Sea Mall, in addition to key guests from the media.  

The new smart parking lot is extended on a large space of 36,000m2, and rises up to six floors in height; by which offering a parking space for more than 1,500 cars. It will also include elevators and numerous services to the mall visitors and employees.

Mr. Al Alawi elaborated that the smart building is to increase the mall's visitors capacity to 22 million visitors annually, "we were keen on investing the latest technology into the mall's commodities to ensure our visitors satisfaction and delight, in addition to the interior and exterior parking lots, which lead to the two main gates of the mall, through the ground and first floor, ensuring a sleek access to our valued guests."

Al Alawi added, "At Red Sea Mall we are devoted to put all our efforts for our guests contentment. Therefore, the mall has been the most distinguished for satisfying the numerous needs and interests of our visitors, at a safe and fun environment, catering to the different standards of each and every family member, through local, regional, and international brands." 

Moreover, Al Alawi explained that the second phase of the mall's expansion is already on progress, which will include developing the mall's building up to high niche standards, bearing in calculations revival of the services offered to the visitors. This prompt expansion is to further assure Red Sea Mall status as the most prominent landmark in Jeddah for its locals and visitors.

Additionally, Red Sea Mall has succeeded through the past 3 years in developing 70% of what it offers from distinctive trademarks and brands to services and facilities within its renowned standards. Many clients are on a waiting list aiming to join Red Sea Mall to offer their merchandises to the mall's valued visitors when the second phase of expansion is completed.
