Porto Montenegro, the Mediterranean’s leading luxury super yacht homeport and marina village, proudly announces the opening of the Regent Pool Club Residences in July 2017.

 

Designed by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG), the hospitality industry’s leading consultants, these 62 luxury one to three-bedroom residences are set to be the most prestigious addresses on the Adriatic with beautiful views of Boka Bay, the lavish village of Porto Montenegro, as well as the countryside and Vrmac mountain range.

 

The architectural inspiration of the Regent Pool Club Residences is derived from Boka Bay’s 400 years of Venetian rule and the chic Italian Riviera that blends seamlessly with the adjacent luxury 5 star Regent Porto Montenegro hotel.  WATG worked closely with the world-renowned designer Tino Zervudachi and his team in Paris to capture the modern day glamour with an art-deco feel. A rich palette of natural hues - light sand through to mahogany brown and olive green – have been used to complement the warm Mediterranean climate and stunning waterfront setting.

 

Each of the residences will have a private balcony or terrace to soak up the wonderful views, a large living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There will also be five top-level penthouses with private Jacuzzis for the ultimate luxurious waterside living experience.   

 

Within the extensive private gardens, an elevated 3000 m² pool deck will be an exclusive and peaceful retreat for residents. There will be a 26m-lap pool, an infinity pool and two children’s pools. An international restaurant, with outdoor seating overlooking the marina, will provide full poolside and dining services, and the two-poolside bars will be serving an array of refreshing drinks, cocktails and snacks.
