PINK IS THE NEW BLACK -Fairmont Hotels & Resorts UAE Drive Breast Cancer Awareness

for the Month of October-

Fairmont The Palm, Fairmont Dubai, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi and Fairmont Ajman have teamed up with international luxury cosmetics The Estée Lauder Companies and local based charity Pink Caravan, a UAE based breast cancer initiative by Friends of Cancer Patients, to highlight the importance of early detection and breast health.

The hotels will host various pink themed activities, ranging from a Breast Cancer focused art exhibition, pink garden tea party, pink afternoon tea experiences, spa treatments, workout session and pink brunches, thereby creating an awareness of this important cause as well as donating a percentage of the BCA revenue to  the local based charity Pink Caravan.

Fairmont The Palm kicked off the “Breast Cancer Awareness campaign” early this year with a ‘Pink Afternoon Tea’ event in partnership with The Estee Lauder Companies and Hia magazine on 9 September 2015 that hosted a Breast Cancer Survivor, who shared her success story battling and overcoming breast cancer.
