NIDO CELEBRATES 70 YEARS

OF PROVIDING GOOD NUTRITION TO CHILDREN

Nestlé NIDO® marks milestone anniversary in the Middle East by giving you the chance to contribute to the donation of 7 million glasses of milk with a simple click

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2015: For 70 years, Nestlé NIDO® has been celebrating mothers’ unconditional love, standing by their side as they raised and nurtured their children. This nutritious fortified milk, since then, has been part of mom’s journey to help nourish their growing children. This year, to mark this special occasion and celebrate the 70 years of NIDO®, the brand is committed to take this contribution to another level, and make a greater impact in the lives of children in the region. People from all over the Middle East are invited to take the pledge with a simple click at www.nidolove.com; and for every pledge NIDO will provide 7 glasses of milk to a child who needs it.

“For 7 decades NIDO has formed the cornerstone of the healthy diet of growing children in the Middle East, and around the world. As the needs of children have developed, so has Nestlé NIDO®, with a host of products that support their growth enriched with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that are critically important to overall growth and development” said Nehmatallah Younes, Senior Brand Manager.

“This year, each one of us can contribute to the donation of 7 million glasses of milk to children who need it; nurturing a healthier generation”, he concluded.

Milk is a crucial part of children’s diet and is essential for their healthy growth and development. NIDO will be donating their NIDO® Fortified milk with FortiGrow™ that contains high quality proteins, Calcium and Vitamin D for strong bones and teeth, Iron and Vitamin C important for brain development and other key nutrients that are needed for children’s overall growth and development. The milk will be donated to children aged 4 years onwards through recognized institutions that will be announced shortly.

How to take the pledge?
1. Visit www.nidolove.com , fill in your details, choose a hand and a heart and submit your pledge.
2. On Instagram, upload a photo of your hand with a heart drawn on it. Tag @nidoarabia with #70yearsoflove.
3. Stop by NIDO Arabia’s Facebook page, access the pledge tab, choose a hand and a heart and submit your pledge.
4. Tweet “I take the pledge” @nidoarabia with #70yearsoflove.
5. Scan the QR code on the NIDO pack, fill in your details and submit your pledge
