Nexen Tire to launch N'blue ECO/HD, the eco-friendly tires in the 3rd Quarter Higher energy efficiency and lower pollution emission

In line with the world-wide green efforts, Nexen is going to launch eco-friendly products, N'blue ECO and HD in the 3rd quarter. N stands for Nexen, blue are to give fresh and clean image of the color, Eco is from 'Ecology' and HD stands for handling.

N'blue ECO adopted the low rolling resistance compound to maximize the energy efficiency by minimizing the rotation resistance on the surface. The most optimized light weight design reduces the CO2 emission to protect the environment. There will be All-Season and Summer tires launched.

N'blue HD is an eco-friendly summer tire targeting the European market. The handling is enhanced with the rigid outside block and the straight rib will guarantee excellent high speed driving.

To be prepared for the soaring oil price, Nexen presents this green concept tire, N'blue with higher fuel efficiency and lower emission. The new materials and technology reduce the rolling resistance noticeable compared to the competitors products and the brilliant cornering performance from the asymmetric pattern is one of the biggest merits of the product.

Nexen Tire is planning to have a global concurrent launch in the 3rd quarter. "N'blue ECO and HD are environment friendly premium products and I am sure they will be leading the market making us a representative green brand."
