Nedaa offers Volunteering Jobs for Students, Boosting Skills and Employability

Professional Communication Corporation – Nedaa, the Dubai Government security networks provider, is taking part in the Higher College of Technology (HCT) Volunteer Fair being held today, the 17thof April, for its 2019-2020 academic year, introducing varied volunteering opportunities for HCT’s female students in different departments of the organisation. The fair enables students to participate in service projects by connecting with different organizations in the Emirate, and allows them to learn more about how they can engage and help at the local level.

The Volunteer Fair further aims to provide volunteering prospects to students in order to promote awareness for their social responsibility, as part of its educational strategy. It also aims to enhance the students’ contact with government organizations and develop their knowledge and understanding of volunteering. The event not only inculcates a professional drive amongst students, but empowers them with essential skills required for jobs of the future.

“The volunteer fair is important in showcasing the fantastic volunteering opportunities out there to HCT female students and provides an excellent platform for Nedaa to offer interested students a chance to enhance their personality, skills and knowledge about volunteering. Through the Fair we aim to highlight these opportunities as a means of enhancing students’ employability, providing them the prospects to gain real life professional experiences, and encouraging a mind-set which is committed to giving back to the community,” said H.E. Mansoor Bu Osaiba, Chief Executive Officer, Nedaa.
