Mobily has revamped its postpaid packages to fit customers’ real need; where customers granted extra data without applying fair use policy, in addition to local minutes applicable to all operators in the Kingdom. 

Mobily clarified that the new packages are Wajid 400, Wajid 300, Wajid 200.

• Wajid 400 subscribers will enjoy 100 GB data and 2000 Mins monthly.
• Wajid 300 subscribers will get 20 GB data and 1000 Mins monthly.
• Wajid 200 subscribers will get 10 GB data and 500 Mins monthly.

Mobily did not only revamp its postpaid packages to be more competitive, but also released a new offer allows new subscribers and customers who transferred from  other operators or packages, to get the double monthly benefits for 3 months free starting from subscription date. Accordingly, (Wajid 400) for example will offer 200 GB and 4000 minutes monthly for same price, and that’s what makes Mobily postpaid packages the most distinguished in the telecom sector. 

Mr. Hashem Hamidaddin, General Manager National Proposition, said, “We did major revamping to postpaid packages after deep market study of Saudi telecom customers’ need to fit their requirements. Where we redesigned the monthly bill to become easy to display and we adhere the high demand on data therefore; we enhanced (Wajid) with data packages more than before.”

“Our customers will receive an SMS of their data and minutes usage rate in order to be able to manage their monthly bills in a better way and avoid any additional charges. In case the customer used all his monthly benefits, he will get special data package and voice minutes with competitive prices.” Mr. Hamidaddin added.

All customers who want to subscribe in these new packages can get a new number (special) or transfer the same number from other operators or from current Mobily packages. All new, existing, or transferred Mobily customers can subscribe in the new packages by sending SMS.

After using all your package features, the voice call will be 30 Halalah for each minute and 30 Halalah for each 1 Mbps data. The calculation unit will be second for voice calls and Mbps for data which allow customers to better use of their monthly features.
