Etihad Etisalat "Mobily" has begun training of its employees under “Elite” distinctive program; the program aims to enhance employee skills as part of the company's plan to increase competency at the national level leading to career development.

 

Under the program, the enrolled staff will be trained in collaboration with the Queens University of Business in selected training programs and courses under the supervision of group trainers and self-development experts.

 

Chief Executive of human resources in Mobily Mr.Fayez Awadh mentioned that the program symbolizes the great faith Mobily has in its Saudi workforce and believes that the promising Saudi talent is just waiting to be given an opportunity to display more innovation and development. The CHRO stated that “In Mobily we are convinced that the Saudi youth is not just able to take the responsibility in the company but are already contributing to the development of the organization.”

 

The “Elite” program aims to further develop competent Saudi nationals; the high-precision selection criteria ensures that the best of the lot are developed through focused and intensive programs that rely on global experiences to dispense state of the art training, this program represents Mobily’s commitment towards developing local staff and investing in the highest international standards in its usual creative way.

 

Mobily is relying on a solid foundation supported by well-built experience that enabled launching of two previous phases of “Elite” program and build on further upon the experience.
