Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) honored it’s outstanding employees for participation in High Potential Employees Program, held in Abu Dhabi recently; attended by 5 outstanding employees, the program aims to develop leadership competencies in future leaders for the company.

 

The employees were honored by Mobily CEO Ahmed Farrokh in the presence of senior management and staff of the organization. The participating high potential employees thanked the management for their continuous support during the program and expressed pride for working in an organization like Mobily.

 

At the occasion, the Chief Human Resources Faiez Awadh, in his comments said, "We are very pleased to honor the outstanding employees who participated in this program; Mobily is committed to develop exceptional talent which forms the cornerstone of company's strategy in the medium and long term."

 

The program is a part of a group of educational programs provided by Mobily for development of competencies and talent management; the organization continues investing in human capital to develop talent contributing to the socio-economic development at a larger scale.
