Etihad Etisalat Mobily has honored nearly a thousand employees who have completed ten years of working within the company since Mobily’s launch in Saudi Arabia market.

Special ceremonies were held by Mobily in Riyadh and Dammam in the presence of Ahmed Farrukh the CEO of Mobily and Fayez Awad the Chief Executive Officer of Human Resources in addition to a number of the company’s leaders; similar event will be held in Jeddah in the few coming days.

These officers represent a large proportion of the current employees in the company, which shows that the internal work environment is favorable for loyalty and that the company is working to develop its employee’s skills and  their career.

Fayez Awad Mobily CHRO has commented "we are always keen and dedicated to show appreciation to our employees for their efforts as one of the most important values of our company, where it is a main motive for the rest of the staff to present Mobily in an optimal manner. And he added "we are focused on our employees, which are our engine of growth during the last ten years in the Saudi market, a significant contribution have been made by the first employed who worked in Mobily by rolling a magnificent start achieved which is still bearing fruits for us where Mobily is one of the largest national brands in the Kingdom".

It is worth mentioning that Mobily brand name was always linked with breaking telecoms monopoly in Saudi Arabia, where the company pioneered in providing many services and technologies in the Saudi market, which contributed to the development of the sector significantly.
