Mobily Allows Customers to Keep on calling after running out Their balance

Etihad Etisalat "Mobily" allows customers to add balance for the prepaid packages after the expiry of the basic balance. This enables customers to add extra balance up to 6 times, which stay the customers connected permanently.

 

Mobily clarified that each time the subscriber orders this service, SAR 5 will be added to his balance. Accordingly, the customer can request the service six times to add total SAR 30 and the amount shall be settled through the next recharging process. Moreover, the customers can request 30 MB additional data when consuming the current data as the cost of such request is one Riyal only.

 

The company pointed out that the customers can order this service by sending 405 to 1100 for balance, and 403 to 1100 for the additional data, in addition to the possibility of ordering it through USSD system by entering *400*# or by IVR after calling 1100.

 

The launch of this service from Mobily comes to grant the customer the benefit to stay connected even after the consumption of his/her balance with the possibility to pay later when he becomes able to recharge his line.  

 

It is worth noting that Mobily relies on providing its subscribers the advantage of added value which allows them to use all Mobily’s products and services in simple and easy way. This proves the keenness of the company to give prepaid packages special priority.
