MAG Property Development (MAG PD) will be using its participation at Cityscape Global to highlight the AED 5 billion worth of projects it currently has underway. The real estate construction arm of MAG Group – one of the region’s largest multi-sector corporations – will be showcasing its projects in the luxury, affordable and international sectors at the region’s foremost property development event, which takes place from September 8–10, 2015 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Receiving an exclusive preview at Cityscape is a new MAG PD mixed-use hospitality and residential development at Jumeirah Lakes Towers designed to offer a new standard of luxury living in this popular residential area of the city. Other luxury MAG PD offerings being showcased include The Polo Residence, a gated community located in the heart of Meydan City, MAG 226 at Jumeirah Village, MAG 230 along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and The Estate, which is under development at Al Furjan. 

A major aspect of MAG PD’s participation at Cityscape will be its highlighting of its move into the affordable housing sector. The company will be using the exhibition to launch Phase Two of MAG 5 Boulevard, following the successful launch of its first phase. Aimed at middle-income earners, MAG 5 Boulevard is an AED 700 million project located in Dubai World Central (DWC)’s residential district and is a 24-hour living, walkable community spread over 800,000 sq. ft. of land. The development has been designed as a low-rise, full-green residential complex featuring extensive landscaping, pools, outdoor leisure spaces, children’s areas and a community centre. 

MAG PD will also be using Cityscape to draw attention to its successful expansion into the international market with The Gate, a development located in Frisco, Texas in the U.S. Featuring 17 buildings and seven villas spread across a vast area, its four and five-story residential building are suited to the urban living requirements of professionals and young families, while its 10-storey buildings offer more luxurious apartments.
