Leveraging on Huawei support, GAPP launches enhanced IT and infrastructure services to boost digital transformation

In partnership with Huawei, GAPP, a leading IT company in KSA launched an enhanced portfolio and ‘Go-to-Market’ (GTM) strategy for IT and infrastructure services, aimed at furthering the digital transformation in Saudi Arabia. The initiative was announced on the sidelines of Huawei’s annual Middle East Partner Summit, held in Dubai earlier this month, that saw ICT players from 12 countries across the region come together to work towards building an open and collaborative ecosystem.

The GTM model is designed to empower ICT players in the Kingdom to be leaders, through an enriched service offering, the latest ICT innovations and dedicated customer support. IT service providers, distributors and system integrators will be able to provide businesses and governments with global ICT solutions tailored to support their digital transformation agendas, and assist the Kingdom in achieving the national goals of Vision 2030.

Bander Alfreih, Chairman and CEO of GAPP, commented on the new partnership: “We are very pleased to be working once again with a leading global ICT solutions provider like Huawei. It is an excellent opportunity to pivot the digital transformation movement in KSA to the next stage, through the use of ICT products and solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients. The partnership with Huawei will ensure that customers are utilizing the latest and most advanced technologies through our expanded portfolio of products and services, and the professional support to guaranty business continuity and advancement in a competitive market.”

The demand for reliable and customized ICT infrastructure and services in the Kingdom has been on the rise as organizations transform their operations to be more agile and competitive in the new digital era. The new GTM model is designed to meet this demand through a customer-centric approach. The extended portfolio of services will ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver on Huawei’s continued promise to build an open and collaborative ecosystem with local partners to create a fully connected, intelligent world.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Wang Zheng, Huawei Channel Service Director, said: “It is an honor to collaborate with GAPP, a leading systems integrator in the Kingdom. The GTM model is in line with Huawei’s strategy to boost our channel partners’ offerings to customers through enriching their portfolio of products and services with the latest innovative solutions. The new model is ideal for our partners to expand their service offerings and solutions according to the market demand. Customers will benefit from this model to grow their businesses and adapt to the rapid changes in market needs. And help local partners in Saudi Arabia to achieve the goals of Vision 2030.”

Through the partnership, GAPP and Huawei will provide an exceptional customer experience by molding ICT offerings according to customers’ specific needs and delivering cost efficiency and performance, creating a win-win ICT ecosystem.
