King Abdulaziz Public Library's collections of rare wonderful books highlight significant historical, archeological and linguistics of ancient civilization to the Northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which have never been reviewed before.
The Library contains works of Western travelers who had paid visits to the Kingdom, as they have used to, in addition with foreign missions and orientalists, to engage in exploratory expeditions, to the Northwest of the Kingdom, motivated by avid drive to know, on a hand, and lacking knowledge of the works of the ancient Muslim travelers and geographers, as they have never been translated into Latin, the Lingua Franca, at the time, across Europe
Among the main titles of these wonderful books are: "Travels In Arabia Deserta", printed in 1888, in English, "Journal d'un Voyage en Arabie" and "Mission Archeologique en Arabie" and the last two books have appeared, in French.
