KHALIDIYA PALACE RAYHAAN BY ROTANA APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR OF REVENUE

Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana announced the new appointment of Michel Suesse as the new Director of Revenue. German national brings over 7 years of experience in the hospitality sector, during which he served in a range of management positions in 5-star properties across Germany, Switzerland and UAE.

 

Michel is holding a degree as a Hotel Industry Expert in Vocational School for Hotel Management, from Dresden, Germany. Starting as Reservations Agent, Michel quickly rose through the hierarchy to become Director of Revenue Management at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana.

His career journey has seen him build up an enviable knowledge and experience in all segments of Revenue and Reservations which he has put to good use in developing and managing his curriculum. Suesse will be responsible for leading the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana’s revenue and reservation’s team and will oversee the market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and management, whilst developing an overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels working on revenue optimization establishing and executing strategies that achieve or exceed corporate goals for the hotel.

 

“Although very young, Michel has brought extensive knowledge and passion to our property,” said Eleni Tsolakou, General Manager at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana “We are excited to have him on board to further develop our Revenue Management strategies.”
