Jumeira Rotana unfolded the Season of Festivities with Children from the Rashid Center for Disabled

It’s that time of the year again. Jumeira Rotana opened the season of festivities with its traditional Christmas tree lighting. This time, the event was dedicated to the children from the Rashid Center for Disabled.

Thirty families from the centre were invited to take part in the event to usher in the festive season at Jumeira Rotana. Accompanied by wonderful carols of the hotel choir, the Christmas tree was illuminated at 6pm.

Mr. Ulrich Hoffmeister, General Manager of Jumeira Rotana said. “It was a wonderful opportunity for us to share this special moment with the children from the Rashid Center for Disabled and to have them as part of our traditional tree lighting ceremony.”

“I would also like to thank the Babyshop for their generosity in sharing their blessings with the children with special needs and for donating wonderful gifts,” Ulrich added.

At exactly 6:40 p.m. Santa joined the celebration and spread joy and gifts amongst all children in the hotel.

Jumeira Rotana’s Pastry Chef took much pride in the built for the occasion gingerbread house, which is displayed at the lobby and from which season specialties like cookies, cakes and holiday desserts were served. It was also the perfect backdrop for a photo session with Santa rounding up a heart-warming night at Jumeira Rotana Dubai.

Jumeira Rotana Holiday Hub is now open for reservations and more information that include: Turkey Takeaway, Christmas Eve Dinner, New Year’s Eve Dinner at the Pool Deck, New Year’s Eve Party at the Boston Bar, and Year End Parties for Corporates and Groups.
