InterContinental Jordan participated in a workshop for sales, revenue and marketing leaders at the InterContinental Hotels Group, which was held in Oman. Managers from these departments met in the Group's hotels in India, the Middle East and Africa to discuss various issues related to the hotel sector and Hospitality, customer loyalty, e-marketing, InterContinental Heritage, Income Supply Index, and other issues related to the contribution of promotion to increase income in InterContinental Hotels Group hotels.

Also during the event, Amira Aql, Group Specialist and Conference Specialist, was awarded the LeadShare Excellence Award in India, Middle East and Africa, where she was most active in this program. Amira has been working with the InterContinental Jordan family for over 4 years and is responsible for responding to inquiries about major events, as well as interest in groups booking for accommodation at InterContinental Jordan.

LeadShare has been created by the InterContinental Hotels Group to promote a culture of sales that focuses on strengthening customer relationships and making group business easier and easier to manage.
