The special dishes will be available for lunch, dinner and brunch; Chef Ferron will also be hosting cooking classes for guests during this period. Dishes will be served on a la carte menu basis with various selections that include delicious options from antipasti, risotto and dessert such as a mouthwatering Risotto al Basilico e Capesante, a risotto featuring fresh scallops and basil, Risotto agli Asparagi Verdi Mantecato Al Formaggiowith wild asparagus and aged parmesan risotto as well as the chef’s signature chocolate cake, Tortino al Cioccolato d’Autore.
