As the emerging home of White Truffle Season in Riyadh, Il Baretto is inviting guests to enjoy a special menu with Italy’ prized delicacy for a limited time only

 

Showcasing the elegant and delicate, yet powerful and aromatic, flavours of Italy’s prized white truffle, Il Baretto Riyadh is celebrating White Truffle season with a limited-edition menu. As one of the city’s leading Italian restaurants, Il Baretto is set to become the home of White Truffle celebrations in the Kingdom, mirroring the celebrations and festivals currently taking place across Italy.

 

Inviting guests to sample one of the most sought-after and rare ingredients in the gastronomic world, Il Baretto Riyadh will offer a special White Truffle menu, infusing its deep flavours into its signature dishes. 

 

The elusive White Truffle is one of the world’s finest and most coveted culinary ingredients, harvested each year to much buzz and anticipation, and drawing the world’s top chefs, restauranteurs, and private gastronomes and collectors to Italy’s Piedmont region to partake in White Truffle auctions – all hoping to get their hands on this nuanced and earthy prize. 

 

For a limited time only, guests at Il Baretto Riyadh will be able to indulge in dishes like Truffle Scrambled Eggs on toast, Vitello Tartare Al Tartufo – a delicate veal tartare sprinkled with truffle shavings and Taleggio Fondue with Croutons, the decadent melted cheese topped with white truffles. 

 

Continuing the epicurean feast, guests can then enjoy fresh pasta and risotto dishes, such as Il Baretto’s signature Homemade Taglioni with Butter and Parmesan, gently tossed in white truffle, and a rich and creamy Risotto with Aged Parmesan and Truffle Butter. A Veal Piccata comes with a truffle butter sauce, served alongside the restaurant’s signature Patate Gratinate – potatoes, Parmesan, and, this time, white truffle. 

 

All special menu items have the equivalent of six grams of Italian White Truffle of the most premium quality and are priced at 525SAR per dish.
