 The High Commission for the Development of Riyadh is ensuring that the highest standards and controls regarding the work environment and housing are provided to foreigners working on the King Abdulaziz Public Transportation in Riyadh project. 
Proper regulatory procedures are to be applied to ensure that the financial and legal rights of all workers are met, as per the Kingdom’s labor laws. 
The commission is also ensuring that the needs of foreign workers are met in the housing complexes, including the creation of housing units in selected locations in the city based on the highest global standards. These complexes ensure that safety, security and comfort are guaranteed. 
Primary health care is also provided to workers, in addition to facilities such as open areas, kitchens, food courts, multi-purpose halls, gyms, and administrative and security departments.
