Media Rotana celebrated, along with Absher Ya Watan Emirati Volunteers, the 48th anniversary of UAE National Day along with the students of Greenfield International School and National Charity Schools-Primary and Bassel Oud of De3bal. This special event featured a lot of activities for all ages for children to celebrate the sweet flavour of the harmony blend of December celebrations and cheerfulness merged with the atmosphere of UAE.

It is inspirational to feel the belonging of everyone in UAE and we wanted today to sing the happiness everyone feels in UAE. This is our opportunity to get together with love and faithfulness and show our care and pride honouring in this country”, commented Sherif Madkou

Sumaya Al Kathiri, Head of Absher Ya Watan Volunteer Team, said: “We celebrate this year's National Day by highlighting the noble values embedded in the authentic Emirati identity at Media Rotana Dubai, through heritage, folk food and festivities from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center".

 

Different activities were organized including traditional Hennah drawings, local traditional food and the most exciting part was the special Oud player, Bassel Oud De3bal and the special performance of Greenfield International School to National Charity Schools-Primary children with the aim of encouraging the interaction of children through different activities and performances.

 

Through this collaboration the day was a successful festivity and enlightened all attendees the importance of such activities as they are a step for a promising future where all the children integrate together with no difference at a city that is considered one of the best in the world especially with the safe and peaceful environment provided to all the mixed races.
