Grand Hyatt Dubai is pleased to announce the promotion and selection of Mahmoud Alkahwaji as Executive Sous Chef - Outlets, effective from Friday 1st December, 2017.

In this role, Mahmoud will be in command of guiding his Outlet Chefs to enhance quality and popularity of Grand Hyatt Dubai’s restaurants in Dubai.

In 2010, Mahmoud began his career with Park Hyatt Dubai and later moved to a different hotel chain in 2012. He returned to the Hyatt family in 2015, for the opening of the Grand Hyatt’s prestigious outlet, The Collective. He worked hard and contributed his best to improve the quality and variety of Grand Hyatt’s 13 Food and Beverage outlets.
