Gong Meditation (also known as Gong Bath as one is bathed in the sounds of the gong) is presented on January 12, 2017 by Al-Liwan For Culture & Arts at the stunning fitness studios at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana.

Gong meditations, a type of sound therapy, have been around for thousands of years as a way of healing. It is said that this particular therapy aids in stress reduction, breaking up emotional blockages within each person that practices this technique becoming more and more popular today.

 

Join the session of relaxation, breathing, and painting to the accompaniment of sound and voice, followed by dinner, in the peaceful ambience of the Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana hotel in Abu Dhabi.
