German television celebrity and Chef Karlheinz Hauser is an internationally renowned two-star Michelin gastronome, and Emirates Palace is honoured to announce that his fine fare will grace Sayad’s plates from November 21-26 when he is on hand in the kitchen whipping up two exquisite menus with his team. 

 

Chef Hauser is the patron of the highly acclaimed Seven Seas restaurant in Hamburg, which boasts two Michelin stars and 17 Gault Millau points. He has also won several coveted awards including the American Academy’s Five Star Diamond Award for the nineteenth year. He has organised high profile dinners and banquets for dignitaries and celebrities from Jacques Chirac and Bill Clinton to Arnold Schwarzenegger. 

 

This month, you too can dine like a VIP and indulge in Chef Hauser’s internationally renowned fine dining experiences. The exclusive five and seven course menus showcase several of Chef Hauser’s signature dishes: Venison saddle with Semmelschnitte and preserved cherries, or, for seafood lovers, try his sea bass and Brittany lobster with melon, ginger, coconut and yuzu.
