EY workshop focuses on sustainable growth

EY Jeddah held a first of its kind workshop, discussing customer-focused EY Growth Solutions with 13 local mid-sized enterprises, encouraging their common ambition to grow during this challenging period, in line with the country’s Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program (NTP) 2020.

The event was attended by key decision makers from the enterprises, with the aim of understanding the competitive advantages to be achieved by prioritizing customer needs and desires.

Ahmed Reda, Office Managing Partner, EY Jeddah, said: “Moving in line with Vision 2030 and the NTP 2020, the emphasis has greatly increased on supporting SMEs through creating the Public Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, a focused authority to enhance opportunities and eliminate obstacles that may hinder their growth. EY Jeddah has mirrored the country’s vision by focusing on mid-sized enterprises, a rapidly growing segment of the market, which is crucial to economic growth and job creation in Saudi Arabia. The key decision makers in these businesses need to understand the importance of customer loyalty and satisfaction. The workshop allowed EY’s MENA experts to discuss how to provide an exclusive customer experience through EY Growth Solutions, discussing the effects of the recent changes in the market and the opportunities that have arisen out of them.”

The workshop was led by Renata Liuzzi, Customer Lead for EY Growth Solutions, who spoke about customer experience, specifically on topics such as ‘How to put customers at the center of your business?’ and ‘How to provide a differentiated customer experience.’

Bedor AlRashode, Strategy Advisory Manager at EY, introduced the ‘EY Growth Navigator’ to the participants of the workshop.

EY Growth Solutions are available on a digital platform where companies can directly select the solutions depending on their business needs. The on-demand solutions leverage EY’s global IP, alliances, and digital know-how based on extensive research which examined the growth journeys of hundreds of companies around the globe, ranging from start-ups to leading businesses, as well as in-depth conversations with business leaders.
