Etisalat announced today the launch of its ‘Etisalat Super Cup 16 Tournament’, inviting UAE’s video gaming enthusiasts to play and win FIFA 16, an association football simulation video game developed by EA sports. Etisalat will offer three winners an exclusive chance of a free trip to watch a live Manchester City Football Club (MCFC) match in Manchester, UK.

 

Commenting on the initiative, Etisalat’s Vice President of Corporate Communication, Fares Hamad Fares, said, “The launch of the Super Cup football e-tournament is in line with our commitment to support various initiatives in the field of entertainment and sports. EA Sports FIFA 16 is definitely one of the most popular game among video game lovers the world over and we are pleased to offer youngsters in the UAE the chance to experience it. The tournament is open for registration from all UAE residents of all nationalities above the age of 14 years. Starting March through April 2016, it will be organized across five different locations – Yas Mall (Abu Dhabi, 11-12 March), Mirdif City Centre (Dubai, 16-19 March), Sahara Mall (Sharjah, 25-26 March), Marina Mall (Dubai, 1-2 April) and grand finale at Mall of the Emirates (Dubai, 15-16 April).
